ProsperUs Detroit honors the legacy of our former trainer, friend, and community advocate with the inaugural Monica Echeverri Casarez Neighborhood Hero Awards. Each year, we will remember Monica’s contributions to our communities by honoring entrepreneurs, supporters, and small business advocates for their own investment in A Future for Us. Monica was taken from us too soon by the COVID-19 pandemic, and we will forever remember her tenacity for entrepreneurs and their dreams.
