Only ProsperUs Detroit, its subsidiaries, its suppliers and contractors involved in distributing the new product or service will have access to your PII.

For marketing: Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy or except as prohibited by applicable law, ProsperUs Detroit may use your PII and Non-Personal Information to enhance its networking, marketing, social, and recruiting activities, and for other similar business purposes. Personally Identifiable Information is not shared with entities outside of ProsperUs Detroit other than service providers who assist us in carrying out these business functions.

Compliance with applicable law: We may disclose your PII as we may in our sole discretion determine is necessary or reasonably required to comply with the law, applicable regulations, court orders or subpoenas, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

Change in the Site Ownership: If ownership of the Site or of ProsperUs Detroit changes, whether in whole or in part, information collected through the Site and the Services about you may be transferred to the new owner of the Site and/or ProsperUs Detroit and any Services can continue. ProsperUs Detroit is responsible for managing SMS campaigns. The SMS campaigns aim to provide updates, announcements, and support for individuals and businesses connected to ProsperUs Detroit. Messages may include information on programs, events, and resources. Message frequency may vary depending on the user’s engagement with ProsperUs Detroit.

Please note that message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. To stop receiving messages, reply with the keyword STOP. For help or assistance, text HELP to the designated number in the message. ProsperUs Detroit does not currently support automatic responses to messages, such as join, stop, or requests for help. All responses and actions for all keywords are the responsibility of ProsperUs Detroit.

We use commercially reasonable methods to keep personal information securely in our files and systems.

DO NOT TRACK
