So, when the time came for me to actually need business resources, I think I got 100 'no's' on my very first project. The first 'yes' was from ProsperUs Detroit. My goal is to work on projects that are critical for a neighborhood, including single-family homes, small multi-family buildings, neighborhood-scale retail, and new construction.
